Winter Break! 2014

The girls had a winter break from school, that a whole week of them being at home. I wanted to plan a week of fun but it turns out the week plan itself ( as weird as that sounds it was true!). The girls and i spend the winter break either outside or inside but it was always with family.
so heres how our winter break went:

Monday: Lazy Day!

Tuesday: Pizza Night!

Wednesday: I made Pancakes with heart sprinkles!

Thursday - Saturday: My little niece stay with us, they had a little sleepover :)

 Saturday: We went Ice Skating!!

 and took a selfie in the bathroom...priceless moment with them..lol

To top of our week my sister cut a cake for her daughter and close friend ( excuse the blur the camera was a little dirty..lol)

The girls were sad the winter break was over and everyone had to go home but they were excited to be back in school the next day. Hope you all enjoyed your winter break as much as we did.

The color run 2013

 Hey Bloggers!

 

                     So today I celebrated my little sister's birthday and what better way then to help her out with her new fitness lifestyle with a 5k run. I heard about The Color Run in Brooklyn from the  Living Social site, its a site where you can find social things to do around your borough. It was the most exciting 5k run I ever did beside the Aids Walk in May. Every checkpoint we got like dust paint thrown at us and before we hit the checkpoint we would walk like a half mile then jogged our way to the checkpoint. After we finish the 5k there was a mini concert to hype the runner and it was really exciting. Who would turn down free ice-cream and great music!  here are some highlights of The Color Run 2013 NYC.

 

 

What i carried on my carry on bag!

When on vacation we got to pack the basic, well in my case i carry mostly kid basics. I created this video to share my idea of what i carry on my carry-on when we went to Disney World. It was much that i carried but i am just so impress of the quality of the bag that i brought for such a price. I purchase the bag at The Container Store and to my surprise it was on sale, like if the bag was waiting for me this whole time!
